HDMI stands for “High-Definition Multimedia Interface.” , it isa standard digital interfacefor for audio/video (A/V) connectivity. It is used to pass high-definition video and audio between multimedia devices.
HDMI 2.0 can carry up bandwidth 18 Gigabytes per second (Gbps) and resolutions up to 4K@60 Hz,
HDMI 2.1 can carry up bandwidth to 48 Gbps and support resolutions up to 8K@60 Hz/ 4K@120Hz .
